What happens after I’m Prescribed BIMZELX® (bimekizumab-bkzx)?

STEP 1

INSURANCE/BENEFITS INVESTIGATION

We’ll perform a benefits investigation to determine if you have available coverage and what your out-of-pocket costs may be.

STEP 2

PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

Depending on your insurance coverage, your doctor’s office may need to complete a prior authorization as an initial step to gain insurance coverage approval.

STEP 3

SPECIALTY PHARMACY COORDINATION

Once insurance coverage has been confirmed, your Specialty Pharmacy Specialty Pharmacy will call you to confirm shipment details, costs, and delivery arrangements.

STEP 4

ONGOING EDUCATION AND SUPPORT

Sign up for the MyNavigate portal to access your information and manage your preferences.

THE MYNAVIGATE PORTAL

The MyNavigate portal provides 24/7 online access to user-friendly tools customized to your treatment plan and goals. Within the portal, you can:

  • Access and download your BIMZELX Navigate Savings Card and balance, if eligible*
  • Order a free sharps disposal container
  • Explore injection training resources
  • Connect with your Nurse Navigator
  • Set up medication reminders

What to expect from your first Nurse Navigator call

  • Your Nurse Navigator will call you within a few days of completing the BIMZELX Navigate enrollment paperwork—look for a call from 1‑833‑931‑6877
  • They will cover topics like prescription status updates, insurance coverage information, and more
  • You can find details about your personal Nurse Navigator in the MyNavigate portal

After your first call, you can contact a Nurse Navigator whenever questions come up by calling 1‑833‑931‑6877, 8am‑8pm ET, Monday‑Friday. Save this phone number and information somewhere you can access it easily, so you can reach out whenever you need assistance.
